Santerne won the \u20ac50,000 event at Le Palais des Congr\u00e8s in Paris for a prize of \u20ac889,480.<\/p><p style=\"font-size:15px\">Santerne, originally from Normandy, became the first Frenchman to win an EPT Super High Roller in nine years, following Sylvain Loosli's triumph at the 2015 EPT Barcelona.<\/p><p style=\"font-size:15px\">With today's prize, Santerne has more than doubled his winnings in live tournaments.
