O Webinar foi dado pela palestrante <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fernandaprado.com.br\/\"><strong>Fernanda Prado<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Como estruturar um or\u00e7amento 360\u00ba?<\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"font-size:15px\">The <strong>or\u00e7amento pessoal<\/strong> (solteiro) <strong>ou familiar<\/strong> (casado) \u00e9 a base do planeamento financeiro.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-size:15px\">Ao estruturarmos um or\u00e7amento 360\u00ba estamos a fazer um <strong>processo de autoconhecimento<\/strong>, ou seja, estamos a fazer uma an\u00e1lise raio-X sobre a forma como e onde gastamos e\/ou investimos o dinheiro. Para al\u00e9m disso, ainda nos permite melhorar a gest\u00e3o dos nossos gastos e detectar pontos de corte de despesas.<\/p><p style=\"font-size:15px\">Todos os or\u00e7amentos devem ter metas financeiras, isto \u00e9, planear os gastos e investimentos financeiros.<\/p><div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/nxlNiVFLMCToY7x11ylO2MP6dqc6iKm3EhmsR5M7_zZAeKhGRWzN-DQ9_cB5y7uUJcnA0_ypk4VWRXW1yDLVz7nC4JvDlFBUM2HRFA-yXXqEilH-drNfCOj7GBVvA1Es7R3GTdgF\" alt=\"or\u00e7amento 360\u00ba recebimentos gastos d\u00edvidas competir poker jogadores\" width=\"740\" height=\"416\"\/><\/figure><\/div><p style=\"font-size:15px\">Se sobrar \u00e9 porque n\u00e3o temos o or\u00e7amento planeado, por isso, <strong>o ideal \u00e9 sobrar 0%<\/strong>. Ou seja, \u00e9 muito importante definir <strong>metas de investimento!<\/strong> V\u00ea desta forma: o investimento deve ser um compromisso intencional.<\/p><p style=\"font-size:15px\">O melhor investimento que n\u00f3s fazemos \u00e9 em n\u00f3s mesmos. <strong>Ou seja, se investires em ti com a finalidade de te tornares melhor jogador profissional, eventualmente, ter\u00e1s o retorno desse investimento. Por isso, tu \u00e9s o melhor e maior ativo da tua vida!<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-size:15px\">Portanto, na \u00f3tica dos investimentos devemos de ter <strong>3 tipos de reservas<\/strong>: <strong>seguran\u00e7a<\/strong> (contratempos e imprevistos que possam surgir), <strong>longevidade<\/strong> (reforma desafogada) e <strong>objectives<\/strong> (educa\u00e7\u00e3o, comprar carro, viajar, etc).<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><li><strong>Seguran\u00e7a<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-size:15px\">Isto \u00e9, ao definirem este tipo de reserva devem considerar que ter\u00e1 de ter <strong>alt\u00edssima liquidez<\/strong>, <strong>baixa volatilidade<\/strong> and<strong> zero risco de cr\u00e9dito<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><li><strong>Objetivos<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-size:15px\">Aqui vai depender dos objetivos de cada pessoa, isto \u00e9, para cada objetivo \u00e9 poss\u00edvel realizarmos at\u00e9 um plano de investimento espec\u00edfico.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><li><strong>Longevidade<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-size:15px\">Este investimento \u00e9 relativo a atingires a tua liberdade financeira, ou seja, tu passar\u00e1s a trabalhar por op\u00e7\u00e3o (divers\u00e3o) e n\u00e3o por obriga\u00e7\u00e3o (pagar contas).\u00a0<\/p><div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Sabias que?<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><li>The <strong>Esperan\u00e7a M\u00e9dia de Vida (EMV) <\/strong>em Portugal para os <strong>homens \u00e9 de 78,1 <\/strong>e para as <strong>mulheres \u00e9 de 83,7<\/strong>. <em>(fonte: PORDATA, 2019)\u00a0<\/em><\/li><li>The <strong>EMV no Brasil <\/strong>para os <strong>homens \u00e9 de 72,2<\/strong> e para as <strong>mulheres \u00e9 de 79,4.<\/strong> <em>(fonte: IBG \u2013 Diretoria de Pesquisas, DPE)<\/em><\/li><\/ul><div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Planeamento para Momentos de Ganhos e Perdas<\/strong><\/h2><h4 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>O teu Futuro depende das tuas a\u00e7\u00f5es no Presente!<\/strong><\/h4><p style=\"font-size:15px\">Por isso, elabora uma estrat\u00e9gia que funcione bem para os momentos em que tanto est\u00e1s a<strong> ganhar<\/strong> como possas estar em <strong><em>downswing<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p><div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Ap\u00f3s teres uma vis\u00e3o generalizada das tuas finan\u00e7as pessoais, define 2 reservas:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><li><strong>Fundo de maneio<\/strong> podemos v\u00ea-lo como uma reserva de emerg\u00eancia, ou seja,\u00a0 \u00e9 uma quantia que se tem guardada para momentos de oscila\u00e7\u00e3o. Por exemplo, o jogador ao ter este capital de reserva ir\u00e1 assegurar aqueles meses em que ganha menos do que o expect\u00e1vel ou at\u00e9 mesmo n\u00e3o ganha.<\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><li><strong>Reserva de seguran\u00e7a<\/strong>\u00a0trata-se de uma reserva destinada a lidar com situa\u00e7\u00f5es de imprevistos que geralmente geram custos adicionais ao teu or\u00e7amento mensal. Como por exemplo, quando o jogador entra numa <strong><em>downswing<\/em><\/strong> <strong>prolongada<\/strong>, desta forma ter\u00e1 sempre garantido um capital de reserva.<\/li><\/ul><div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><p style=\"font-size:15px\">Por outro lado, nos <strong>meses de melhores ganhos<\/strong> deves tamb\u00e9m plane\u00e1-los de antem\u00e3o.
